Assessment:
We will gladly take the time to meet you at your facility to assess and discuss your safety and equipment needs. We will work with you to make informed choices from the available options and to create the most appropriate and economical solution.

Training:
Product training is often included with the purchase of technical equipment or it may be included in a support package. We will work with you to coordinate the appropriate training either on-site or at the training center of choice. We also work with you through out the life of the equipment and keep you apprised of needed refresher training or updates that are available.

Service:
Many instruments can be serviced onsite or can be sent to our shop for quick turnarounds. Repair lead times are usually days, not weeks, as our technicians work around the clock to assure the fastest possible service. Factory service is coordinated through our technical services department as well. We work closely with the manufactures to ensure that each repair is expedited and returned to the end-user as quickly as possible.

Rental:
Equipment rentals are available for a wide range of applications. Typically, one week's notice is needed to ensure that equipment is available. Our customer service representatives will help you with making arrangements and coordinating pick-up or shipment to your worksite. Rental periods vary from one day to monthly. Long-term leases are available as well. Please call for information.
